Founders' Falls:
Living the Good Life!

Photographs:

Founders' Falls is probably the most historic area in the city. During the revolutionary period it was a busy waterfront property, until the Red River rose, leaving most of the buildings underwater. People kept living there, though, and now it's a major tourist attraction.

Succinctly put, Founders' Falls is one of the most gorgeous areas in Paragon City.  Because of this, it's also one of the most wealthy areas.  Here you can hob knob with Paragon City's elite.  This vacation spot is also where the best shopping can be done!

Attractions:
1) Williams Square: Perhaps some of Paragon City's most beautiful architecture, Williams Square is a very photogenic location.  Sitting in the center is a glorious fountain with a giant spire.  This allows the fountain to function as the world's largest existing sundial.  If you're in Founders' Falls, stop here or you'll regret it.

2) Red River: The Red River's flooding might've been unfortunate, but it allows for some great water fun.  The docks to the north have boat rentals, but it's always fun to just take a dip, while the south allows for innertubing down the river itself.  The sights while you're floating under the bridges is breathtaking.

3) The University:  Surprisingly, this university remains closed, but when it is open it should be a huge attraction. Perhaps tourists will be able to stop in for a quick class or two while traveling.
