One of the serious obstacles to the improvement of our race is indiscriminate charity.
Andrew Carnegie

So, you're reading this site and wondering just how you can help. The Paragon City Touristry Board started one program for "heroes" to join:

Capes for Cash

Want to help attract more people to the city?  Give up your cape! Our message is that the unnecessary presence of caped crime fighters in our city makes it appear that our city is unsafe.  Send us your cape, turn your back on the lies, and help the city!

Other organizations we support:

Ziggursky Penitentiary Pen Pal Program:

ZPPPPIt's pretty clear the Zig houses many innocent people.  The ZPPPP was formed as a way to help rehabilitate the captives, but we've extended the service to help get the word out.  Hear the truth from the horses mouth!

Adopt a Monkey:
(coming in 2006)

Monkeys! This is a program we're eager to sponsor. Coming next year, HETA and mogul Donald Hammond are working together to domesticate Rikti Monkeys.  After all, who is more innocent than the animals left over from the Rikti War?

About the Ziggursky Penitentiary Pen Pal Program:
The United Church of the Unabated started the ZPPPP in 2003 to help rehibiliate prisoners.  Recently, the UCC and the Paragon City Touristry Board joined hands.  The PCTB saw the program as a great way to help get the word out about the wrongly imprisoned. Together, the UCC and PCTB hope to free as many captives as possible.

About HETA:
After the death of his daughter Katherine (a geneticist and heroine known as “Intelligent Devine”), business tycoon Donald Hammond looked for ways to continue his daughter’s legacy of giving back to the community.  After researching various topics, Hammond’s eyes turned to the one area that was currently being neglected: the overabundance and abuse of Rikti Monkeys.  With the help of hero and animal activist Vegan Vengeance, he formed HETA - Heroes for the Ethical Treatment of Aliens.  After a controversial start in early 2003, HETA bought land north of Peregrine Island and began turning the Cutlass Isles into a habitat for Rikti Monkeys to run free.  Early next year, Hammond plans to expand his business to start the “Adopt-A-Monkey” program.
